The Riviera Hotel – Palm Springs Wedding: Sarah & Carl

Sarah & Carl had their wedding at The Riviera Hotel in Palm Springs- a fabulous hotel with such cool decor and a slightly Vegas-like feel in the middle of the desert. Rich colors, glamorous details and quirky accents made for such a fun, stylish wedding! Not only was the location fun and amazing, but Sarah and Carl are two of the nicest, happiest people, so my job to photograph the day was so easy on many levels.

Thanks to the team at The Events Department for coordinating the day and making sure it was flawless! Always good working with you ladies. 🙂

I absolutely LOVED Sarah’s amazing gown by Nicole Miller. It was like no wedding dress I’ve ever seen… the gathered details, open back, sexy silhouette, and amazing flowy and pleated bottom… so gorgeous and unique.

It was a gorgeous Spring day in the desert…

Carl was busy getting ready with his son Cole. My second shooter Ally snapped this shot that I just love!

It was important to Sarah and Carl that they spend as much time with their family and friends during the cocktail hour, so we arranged for a First Look. I always love the reactions we get to capture during the First Look!

I fell in love with these walls in the lobby…

Sarah’s bouquet was wrapped with two very special necklaces that belonged to her mother and grandmother.

Carl’s son Cole was a ham. Thanks to Ally for snapping these as well.
