Montage Beverly Hills Wedding- Shayla & Ben

I’m a believer that the wedding you have should be a reflection of you as people and as a couple. I believe that the words you use to describe a wedding should match the words you can use to describe the couple- and for this bride and groom, they matched it exactly. Their wedding was beautiful, sophisticated, detailed, amazingly fun and so full of love- and anyone who knows Shayla and Ben would likely describe them in the same way. Thanks to the amazing team of vendors (full list below), this Montage Beverly Hills wedding was definitely one to be remembered!

I’m so excited to share this wedding here on my blog as a preview to Shayla, Ben and all their family and friends! I hope you all enjoy reliving that day through these images now and for years to come!

Let’s start the photos with that stunning Oscar gown… I loved how it felt modern and classic all at the same time.

That little pup was a gift to Shayla at her bridal shower. She’s the sweetest little thing and made an appearance a few times that day!

Gorgeous hair was by Clayton Hawkins  and makeup by Jazmyn Combs.

I love when the groom has just as many amazing little details as the bride. Check out that Cartier watch and cufflinks by EF Collection.

Girlfriends are the best! Look how excited they all are to see the bride all dressed for the first time!!

The dapper groom in his perfectly tailored navy Tom Ford tux. How could you get any better?

The stunning bride! Everything was perfection.

That bouquet was so simple and elegant and I love that it complimented the gown so perfectly!

The veil was so soft and feminine- I love that she chose to put these two different designers together to get exactly the look she wanted.

The First Look!

A favorite portrait thanks to those flowers….

Cute little family!

How about this stunning arrangement of hanging calla lilies on the huppah?? SO beautiful and dream-like.

The bride and her ladies!

Fun fact: This is Paige. Not only was she a bridesmaid, she’s also a lead event planner with Geller Events and helped to plan this whole amazing day for her bestie, the bride. She’s gorgeous and talented and honest-to-god one of the best, most fun planners I’ve ever worked with.

I don’t post a lot of formal family photos here on the blog, but that huppah makes this shot special.

Those flower girls!

Jeff Leatham and his team are MASTERS! To see bits and pieces of everything coming together was fascinating. I loved that dreamy floral treatment along the aisle!

If I have a few minutes to spare, and the bride and groom are willing, I usually like to fit in portraits where I can. Even though we all felt good about all the portraits we took a bit earlier, I just had to squeeze in a few more and I’m so glad I did.

Classic! Shay & Ben, please frame this in your house. 🙂

Time for the ceremony! Ben- I loved seeing your reaction to seeing Shayla come down the aisle.

Such proud parents!

A groom crying during the ceremony is my favorite.

I’m not sure what happened here, but everyone thought it was funny. 🙂 And check out the beautiful ketubah by Karin Cole Designs.

The best way to celebrate the end of a ceremony is to fire confetti canons with personalized confetti! (Closeup photo of the confetti below.)

The personalized confetti that was shot out of canons during the first kiss!

Then it was time to head down to the ballroom to party! The glory of the Jeff Leatham flowers continued…

This Fantasy Frostings cake was SO gorgeous and provided each guest with four flavors of cake to taste.

When your best friend is your wedding planner, you have to sneak in a little victory dance when you see it all come together!

The first dance!

A Montage Beverly Hills wedding is sure to have a gorgeous ballroom!

I love the hora!

The speeches were incredible- I always love getting to hear them as I always learn so much more about the couple. Oh, and check out that floral treatment on the sweetheart table!

The speeches also had a couple embarrassing stories here and there… 🙂

They partied until the early hours of the morning and the dance floor was never empty. Such an amazing party the end an incredible day!

Paige- making the moments happen. 😉

Congratulations again, Shayla & Ben! What an honor it was to be there to document your amazing day! xoxo
