Walt Disney Concert Hall Engagement Photos - Jennifer & Andrew - Los Angeles Photographer

I have shot so many engagement sessions in downtown LA- it’s actually one of my favorite places to shoot. I love the city, the light, the vibe… it’s such a fun place to get creative. But, I had oddly enough never shot at one of the biggest architectural attractions of our lovely city- the Walt Disney Concert Hall. It’s an amazing building and is so visually inspiring so when Jennifer brought it up as a possible location they’d like, I knew it was time I shot there.

I had never met Jennifer and Andrew in person prior to their engagement session so it was a joy to finally meet them in person and spend some time with them since their wedding is just a few weeks away! Not only were they so fun to photograph, but they were so fun to chat with throughout our time together. I had such a good time getting to know them while creating some beautiful images together.

Jennifer had asked me about what to wear prior to their session and my typical response to that question is, “Wear something that makes you feel fabulous.” She didn’t disappoint when she showed up wearing this vintage dress! It was so perfect for this location- the color was beautiful and the classic silhouette mixed with the soft, frilly pattern were a great contrast to the hard lines and cool tones of the building. And even though she is naturally stunning, her hair and makeup by Fiore Beauty helped to make her feel just a little extra gorgeous. 🙂
