I am so thankful that Meg Perotti (the one and only!) asked me to help her shoot both Carly & Chris’ engagement session earlier this year and their wedding in Palm Springs a few weeks ago. Seriously… beyond thankful to have been able to help her document special moments in a super special way for an amazingly awesome couple. The best words I can think of to describe Carly and Chris are kind, thoughtful, artistic, lovely, fashionable, welcoming, charismatic, fun, imaginative…. awesome. I could go on and on… They, along with all of their family and friends, made us so comfortable for the entire weekend and we were really able to feel like part of the celebration, which was so much fun for us!
Friday night we ventured out to The Parker Palm Springs to photograph the rehearsal dinner and, because Carly and Chris are just that fabulous, they entertained our desire to do a mini pre-dinner photo shoot. Who could resist this fabulous location for a shoot? I think I could shoot at this hotel all day and without ever having to struggle for inspiration. Love. It. Check out Meg’s perspective on the rehearsal dinner shoot here.
The colors at The Parker are so fun and vibrant!
Loved the door to Mister Parker’s where the rehearsal dinner was held.
Loved shooting the pre-wedding portraits here on this awesome patio. Looking for a leading patio cover installation company to make a perfect patio cover, then these patio contractors in Phoenix are the best ones you should look for!
Favorite! Are they a stunning couple or what?
Then we went inside for a few shots in the fabulous lobby…
So looking forward to shooting a wedding here someday. 🙂
