It’s hard to believe, but I’ve actually known Kiel for quite a long time. His older brother and I went to middle school and high school together- so I’ve known who Kiel was for somewhere around 12 years. How is that even possible?? When I found out that Kiel got engaged and wanted to have me shoot their wedding, I was honored and so excited that once again my career was providing me the opportunity to reconnect with people.
Kiel and Christin are the cutest together… I had never met Christin before our session, but I feel like we immediately connected over wardrobe choices and knew that the shoot would be easy when I saw how they are with each other.
To start, we hiked a bit in the mountains near Altadena. Both Christin & Kiel are really active and we wanted to capture a bit of their active, outdoor-loving sides of their personalities. We found this spot with gorgeous light and a really beautiful background to shoot against…
Christin is one gorgeous lady.
Kiel- you’re handsome, too. 🙂
I thought these trees were so much fun! I love how they don’t feel like Southern California at all…
A favorite. 🙂
After a quick change, we headed to Old Town Pasadena for a few more fancy shots.
<3
Hot.
I’ve always known Kiel to be a soccer superstar… He played for our high school and went on to play for UCLA and then various other teams around the nation after college. So, we had to incorporate a little of that into the session…
Christin and Kiel- You guys were so much fun and made my job easy! I cannot wait for your wedding in June! xo
