Lizz & Joey's San Diego Engagement Session – Part I

A couple weekends ago I ventured down to San Diego to shoot a very special engagement session for my great friend Lizz and her new fiance Joey. Lizz and I met living in the dorms at Long Beach State my first year in college. I don’t get to see her as often as I would like these days, so we used the shoot as an excuse to hang out and have a great time together. There are two parts to the engagement session because we pretty much did two shoots that day. We started when it was still light out in casual wardrobe, and then got all fancy and did a really fun night shoot downtown. These next two are my favorite of the daytime session.

Joey was really excited to get some shots of them up in the tree. Lizz was a little scared about it, but she was a trooper! 😉 Love this one.
