Kunal is an actor. You might recognize him as one of the nerds from the CBS show The Big Bang Theory. He is also a really nice, fun, and energetic guy, so I was really excited when Meg told me he wanted us to team up to do an editorial-type shoot for him! We were also really excited to have model/actress Allison Paige join us for the shoot! She totally rocked and added the perfect feminine touch to our themed shoot.
I had an amazing day shooting with Meg, Kunal, Allison and Morgan Cox, our lovely stylist for the day! And I had an equally amazing time editing and doing all the post-production on these images. It is so great to be able to go out and shoot for fun and have complete creative license to process the images in a way I wouldn’t necessarily process a wedding. It’s a way I keep inspired and creatively fresh… and it totally makes me happy.
Here are my favorites from the day! As you can see, the chemistry these two had was amazing. They would just stand there and do these amazing things– Meg and I would look at each other like “Are you kidding me? They are awesome!”
Meg knew about these train tracks that had an awesome view of the downtown skyline. I’m pretty sure we weren’t supposed to be here… but my motto is it’s better to ask for forgiveness than for permission. Anything for killer images.

This reminds me of an Armani cologne ad. Or maybe Dolce & Gabbana? Either way… I love it!
This what I’m talking about as far as complete creative license to do whatever I want. I pushed this one pretty far with all the texture… I love pushing the envelope in certain situations.
Finally– just some STUNNING images of the STUNNING Allison Paige. Those eyes, that hair and that complexion… Super beautiful.

Oh la la!!! what a wonderful surprise! i think i totally LOVE LOVE LOVE this editing girl! you should totally use this more. so smooth and silky. my favorite is the one of him standing in front of the train with his head cocked. also, i’ve only seen kunal on big bang theory (which i LOVE) and i never realized how good looking he is! they do a great job on the show making him look uber nerdy :D. and that wasn’t meant to be insulting :D!! great work heather. always a delight.

simply, gorgeous, i can´t say the impresion that i have when this beautiful man, is in this pictures with a pretty woman, i don´t know who she is and sorry for that, but Kunal is one of my favorites actors, congratulations, for the succesful serie, “the big bang theory” , from México with love: Nekoko…
Okay, and you aren’t shooting for VOGUE on a regular basis why? Good Lord, woman, your eye is spectacular, and Kunal and Allison look absolutely splendid.
