First of all– I cannot believe that it’s December 4th! Where did this year go?? Seriously… this is getting out of control. Time is moving faster and faster and it’s starting to scare me just a little bit.
Because I feel like it should still be Summer given the way that this year has flown by, and because the weather here in SoCal can’t seem to grasp the concept that it’s almost Winter, it’s been a little difficult for me to get into the Holiday spirit. Thankfully, my great friend Donna decided to celebrate her birthday at Disneyland yesterday! I had never been to Disneyland during the holidays so I’ve never been able to experience the magic of their holiday celebrations. It was so much fun!
After seeing all the decorations, being surrounded by the music and experiencing the magic of the fireworks show and snow finale, I’m feeling more prepared for the madness of the holiday season that is upon us. So… now I can start my Christmas shopping and get serious about decorating. 🙂
