How I adore Annie and Joe! I met them last year when we met about their wedding in May and then I photographed their engagement session last August, so it had been quite a while since I had seen them before the wedding. But, I knew their wedding would be so much fun just based on how much fun we had together at the e-session. I was totally right… I had an amazing day with them and all of their fun friends and family. We joked, laughed, danced and had a great time taking photos around Lake Oak Meadows. Thanks to the ranch staff and to Rose for putting together such a lovely day!
There are so so many photos I want to post from this wedding, so there will be a part 2 post coming soon. A huge thanks to Heidi Ryder for helping me shoot this wedding!
Annie– you’re a doll!
Maybe my favorite portraits of the bride taken with the ever-so-fabulous 35mm 1.4. LOVE it.
The fabulous ladies working it out.
Joe- so calm, cool and collected.
My favorite portrait of the groom! So very GQ, don’t you think?
The boys… and what a handful they were…
The cutest ring bearers. Ever.
A few details. More details to come in Part 2!
The ceremony. One of the flower girls was quite shy.
A classic horse and carriage brought Annie and her dad to the ceremony site. It really felt much like a fairy tale.
That’s all for Part 1. In Part 2 I will post all of the bride and groom portraits and the reception, so stay tuned! 🙂
cute bridal portraits. you seem to make her totally relaxed and natural. i love the house and carriage shot too. and heidi ryder is a blast and rocks!
Ahh, sooo great! I love the 4-series of Annie laughing…gorgeous. And that shot of Joe is *SO* GQ…love it. I can’t wait to see part 2! I hope somehow you magically managed to take shots of yourself teaching everyone the cupid shuffle! 😉
Heather these pictures are gorgeous! You captured Annie the same way I see her…beautiful inside and out and Joe he is just one handsome man! It was nice meeting you at the wedding. You have such a wonderful gift and talent for photography! Take care…
