We knew we wanted a traditional yet “us” wedding and having a church ceremony and reception outdoors in the open-air tent allowed for just that. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the tent and chandeliers hanging out on the golf course. It was stunning!

A summer wedding that celebrated love, faith, and tradition, with lots of pretty details, fun features, and so much great energy! These are my favorite images from Lauren & Kevin’s special day.

The ceremony was by far the most memorable part of the day. I’m so glad we did a private first look beforehand, but being married in that church, a special place to both of our families, by some of our best friends was a dream come true.

I was told by Lauren & Kevin after the wedding that this image is at the top of their favorites list. You just can’t beat that just-married energy in a recessional shot!

The most beautiful details of this open-air tent that made this temporary structure feel like it grew right there on the green.

I haven’t yet learned to love to drink martinis, but I sure do love to photograph them.

A definite favorite bridal portrait from the year. I just love the mood and the story that can be told from this simple, quiet, candid portrait through a window.
