It’s been a while since I have posted here on the blog, but I have a good reason! I was busy welcoming our newest family member to the world – Everett Alexander was born October 1st and since then our family has felt more love than we knew possible. He’s already over 3 months and the time is just flying by, even faster than it did with my daughter and I thought that was fast. It’s been the most wonderful time getting to know this new life we created and seeing Charlotte become a big sister.
I’ve slowly been adjusting back to working, little by little. Being a working mother is not easy, but being a mother and being a photographer are both my passions- they fulfill me in such unique ways that I can’t imagine not doing both. So, while my schedule has changed and will likely continue to adapt to make room for both of these parts of my life, I’m back at it. I’m looking forward to this year and hope to share more here in addition to my Instagram account (where I share many images a week of my most recent shoots- check it out if you haven’t already!)
Below are some images that my dear, dear friend Meg Perotti took of Everett as a teeny, tiny 2-week-old. He’s already so different now. I’m eternally grateful to her for taking these special images.
