A Fall Wedding at Ojai Valley Inn – Stacy & Justin

Fall is most definitely my favorite season… the air is crisp (or supposed to be though we don’t always get that here in LA), the sweaters and scarves are coming out, the hot drinks are on repeat… It’s a magical time and there’s something even more magical about a Fall wedding!

Stacy had always envisioned her wedding happening in the mountains because of her fierce love for the fresh air, the cold weather and the views offered by mountain villages. When she and Justin started planning their wedding, they quickly realized that an actual mountain wedding wouldn’t be in the cards for them, but felt that Ojai Valley Inn in November offered options that would allow them to get a bit of that crisp, mountain vibe while keeping their wedding a luxe celebration that was comfortable for all their guests.

They enlisted Jolene of Laurel & Rose Events to bring it all together and the whole weekend could not have been more perfect! The weather was perfect, the design was beautiful, and the love was felt by all.

Many of my brides this year have worn Oscar de la Renta on their big day!

 

I’ve seen a lot of bridal shoes in my day, and these were so unique and beautiful! One of my all-time favorite wedding shoes!

TEAM Hair & Makeup was there to make Stacy and all of her girls look extra pretty- they have such a wonderful team of artists!

The invitation suite by Lotus & Ash was equal parts sophisticated and fun which perfectly set the tone for this fun weekend! The shots of their pretty printed pieces were made prettier by flowers from Toast Santa Barbara!

The First Look is always such a great moment.

Love this vignette of the rentals from Found Rentals… The colors of the pillows were so perfect with the floral tones.

Toast Santa Barbara constructed this amazing floral garland to adorn the huge Oak tree which created a focal point for the guest arrival and cocktail hour. Such an amazing way to dress up an already stunning feature. And that round wood bar was so good!

Taking in that famous “pink moment” in Ojai when the mountains glow pink just as the sun goes down.

 

The display card center made of cork tied in the cork that was included in their invitation suite. It was so pretty!

The guests were greeted to the party with hot spiced cider and soup shooters. So perfect for a fall wedding!

A Fall wedding means the cocktail hour happens after sunset, but to kick off the party under this Oak tree lit up like this is so fun.

The details for a Fall wedding were just perfect- the colors, all the candles, the linens from La Tavola… everything was so pretty!

Ground Control of Elan Artists was there to rock the dance floor.

The installation of ivy and lanterns hanging from the pergola over the dance floor was so fun and totally transformed the ballroom.
